One last hurrah!

Summer has officially drawn to a close for the Honeycuts.  Hayden is starting school tomorrow and Hudson and I will (attempt) to embark on a homeschool-ish journey.  Our last "summer adventure" for the year was a simple bike ride along Pearl Harbor.  A peaceful close to an adventurous, exciting and not-so-peaceful summer.
Pearl Harbor

Baby girl gnawing on her apple juice.  The boys biked and Hadley and I strolled.

The worlds LARGEST sprinkler.
And, yes I let them run through it because sometimes I can be a "cool mom" too.

If this face doesn't say, "Summer rocks!" then I don't know what does!

"I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I'm free...
of the tyranny that is my mom" -Hudson

Shade break.

That is a big ol' world out there for you Hud, a world just ripe for exploring.

I made Hayden and Hudson climb down the embankment and gather me some drift wood for home decor.  They were extremely happy to oblige.

Happy fancy faced girl.

And vogue.

Hayden loves to take pictures.  I am trying to get him to take one of me every now and again so that my kids actually remember that I was with them on our adventures.

Little man is on top of the world and beyond ready to start Kindergarten.

Well, that is it.  Summer 2013 has come to a close.  Excited and a tad nervous to see what adventures await for us as we move into the new school year.  But one thing is certain, I am BEYOND blessed my these children and wherever our new adventures lead, I couldn't be more thankful that they are on this journey with me.
