Because a couple days ago I was asked how my life would be different if I was intentional about making daily memories. And I pondered that magnificent question and then mostly forgot it. And then today I was reminded that life is a beautiful gift, that breaths are a gift, that moments are a gift. A gift I will choose to cherish. If that means resolutely setting myself to the business of making memories, then so be it.
Cherish.
That beautiful verb that means to:
1 a : to hold dear, feel or show affection for
b: to keep or cultivate with care and affection2 to entertain or harbor in the mind deeply and resolutely (ie. still cherishes that memory)
My goal for the next 360 days (because sometimes inspiration hits five days INTO the new year and it is okay to just go with it) is to write one blog post each day with one memory God has gifted to me and I am blessed to be able to CHERISH.
