Day XII

I am thankful to be living in paradise.  I am thankful for the water that continually shifts between green and blue or some combination of the two.  I am thankful for the trade winds that bring relief but never a sense of overwhelming blowing.  I am thankful for the blanket of stars that covers this island at night.  I am thankful for the 78 degrees today that felt "cool".  I am thankful for the soft white sand that lives in Kailua.  I am thankful for the beach that is only a 4.7 mile drive from my house.  I am thankful for the palm tress, the sleeping grass and beautiful flowers that grow everywhere.  I am thankful that we get to live in a place that is coveted enough that people I love may be enticed to visit!! (and stay in the guest bedroom that I am thankful for as well)  (hint, hint.)
