Day 18

I am thankful for early morning conversations with my dearest Abby.  I am thankful that God has given me a friend that encourages and inspires me to strive towards becoming the momma God has called me to be.  I am thankful that in Hawaii, stirring my peanut butter requires little effort and I never need to melt my coconut oil.  I am thankful for toasted walnuts that are just a teeny-tiny bit burnt.  I am thankful for the smile that awaits me every time I pick up Hadley from her crib.  I am thankful for my Hudson who is slowly learning what it means to be a friend.  I am thankful for Shaun T's "recovery" week.  I am thankful for my husband's playful moments... it isn't his norm, but when it comes out, I swear he gets hotter.  I am thankful for roasted cauliflower, for lost kitties that are returned home to their owners, for the reminder last night from my oldest duck that out of ALL OF CREATION, in ALL of it's beauty, God chose US to save because He loves US most of all.
